Carrot (Daucus carota) is a root vegetable. Individuals presumably first developed the carrot thousands of years ago in the space that is currently Afghanistan. Carrots are in various size, shape, shading and taste. Colours including-purple, red, yellow, white and sweet or crunchy taste.
